New Green Icon on Notification Bar

I don't recall ever seeing the green icon pictured below on my notification bar prior to updating to OneUI 7. It looks like a notification symbol, but it is there whether I turn location on or off and whether I hide it show location notifications in QuickStar. This only appears when I pull down either the notifications list or the quick menu. Can anyone identify this?

How is it already solved? I just got the update on my device and have not found any way to hide this icon. It was not an issue before the update.

It is solved because it is no longer a mystery.  I know now what it is and what it is trying to show me, and I can go back to ignoring it.
