My phone will not back all the way up to Samsung cloud

Why won't my phone back all the way...keeps saying something went wrong and stops on messages

Hello! I can definitely see how frustrating it can be when you can't back up your device. I found this link that may help (http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01213631/). If you're still experiencing the same issue after using the troubleshooting link I would suggest trying to back it up using Smart Switch.
