My front camera is very bad

My friend and I both have the Samsung S22 Ultra, but his front camera is much better than mine. The main camera is excellent, but when I take selfies, the quality is very bad.

Glass or plastic screen protector? And does jt have punches/cutouts for the camera assembly?

I believe it is glass, and yes, it doesn't affect the camera at all

I dont think it's your screen protector, but sometimes, if they're installed unevenly, the edge of the cutout could be in the cameras field of view and it'll reflect/refract light in/out of the camera's sensor and it will make your images look bad. Dust can also build up on the rim of the protector and make it worse. Take a look at where its placed around the FFC and just make sure there's good clearance between the cam and the cut out.

When you say the quality is bad, what do you mean by that exactly ? Is the color off? Is the picture blurry/fuzzy? Does it look pixelated? Is the image grainy ? Blown-out/overdeveloped/underdeveloped? Are there spots/flakes in the image?

How is the auto focus' response time? Smooth and snappy or does it take few seconds and then fall out of focus then tries to refocus?
Does the preview in the camera app look blurry before you press the shutter or does it look fine and then it saves a blurry image?

I take pictures right away and it looks bad even before taking a picture.
