I want Gemini uninstalled from my phone or I want a refund. Not "disabled", not "stopped", REMOVED. If this is not possible I want a prorated refund or I'll just stop making payments.

You have an Android phone.  Google produces Android and Gemini, as well as Google Assistant.  Google has integrated Gemini into the Android system and it cannot be uninstalled, only disabled.  Google is attempting to wean people off the assistant in favor of Gemini.  If you do not want to use Gemini, just don't. If you want to take the option of your side button and put it back to being the power button, go to settings/advanced features/side button and choose the action you want for that button.  Then there is no way to accidentally activate Gemini if you don't want to.

It's not possible to completely uninstall it. To whom are you addressing your comment? This is a user-to-user support forum. It's not Samsung customer support or your wireless carrier's customer support. Stopping payments will not affect anyone other than yourself.

To uninstall the Gemini app from an Android phone, first ensure that Google Assistant is set as the default digital assistant. Then, navigate to your phone's settings, find the Gemini app in the app management section, and uninstall it. If the uninstall option is unavailable, you may need to disable or force stop the app.

I'll give you $3.50 for the S22 you're still making payments on.

So counterintuitive.  You are going to stop making payments and ruin your credit rating because Gemini was installed on your phone?  Worse you are blaming Samsung for  a Google installation. And, it won't affect Samsung's bottom line one bit.  Even worse than that is that you are announcing this on a user help forum instead of sending feedback to Samsung via the official feedback link.

I wonder if you could use ADB commands to remove it?  I removed several other system apps this way before.  Otherwise, just disable it and move on.

Yea you would have to just switch your default assistant from gemini to Google. When they did their big update it switched my devices to gemini and I switched it right back😂it tells you in the fine print that gemini doesn't even have all google assistant features thats why I only did a free trial and never used it on mu phone. But if you downloaded the actual gemini app just delete it. If you have the Google service cancel your subscription and get a refund but that isnt a samsung issue thats a Google issue.
