Unfortunately, you can't. Google Messages doesn't have a Recycle Bin...... it should, but it doesn't yet. The best you can do is try to restore your last backup from Samsung Cloud.
- Settings - Accounts and Backup - Under Samsung Cloud, go to Restore Data and select your backup.
