l've been trying to withdraw from the beta, but anytime I try to check on mystatus of the program, it says "One UI Beta features aren't available because your service provider has changed." Can someone help solve this problem please?

You will need to contact a Beta moderator for help with this.
When you sign up for the Beta program, they specifically warn you about switching providers during the Beta.

Thanks, I'll get right on that, but I must add that the Galaxy i had before this phone wasn't participating in the beta, nor was I entirely.
