Before you complain that your groups are gone, look for groups between your favorites and the letter A. They moved the groups from the side menu in the contacts app to align with the design of the contacts tab in the phone dialer.

Thanks for letting me know that Samsung has once again taken something simple and made it unnecessarily complicated. I keep a long list of business contacts, coworkers, and family members in my Favorites, and now, instead of having Groups easily accessible like it used to be, I have to scroll through all of those names just to get to it. This so-called “improvement” is just another frustrating step backward from a company that seems determined to push loyal customers away.
