My recent apps/suggested apps display overlapping the navigation buttons

Is there any fix for this? 

My recent apps/suggested apps display overlapping the navigation buttons. It seems to occur after I have rotated my phone sideways once and then stays that way until a restart. Any fixes or suggestions on how best to report this to Samsung?

@JRueT Immediately after this happens, open the Samsung Members app. Go to the Support page -> Send feedback and send in a bug report.
