I have had the same issue after one UI 7 update.  Hard reset phone.  Changed to new Sim Card, wiped caches, etc.  Still having the same issue.  This update jacked my phone.  I am to the point of trading this thing in and moving to a non-Samsung product.  I have been a Samsung user for over 15 years and this issue is making me see it is time to switch to another product. Frustrating!

Im having serious signal switching issues. Long periods of no signal where the phone has no signal or struggles to switch between 4GLte to 5g on auto. Started right after big update
