Galaxy S22Just purchased a S22+ and iv noticed that when i make and receive calls i cant hear anyone, so i need to put them on speaker.
Ive tried rebooting in safe mode but no luck there either. Also tried the members app and run a diagnostic on the speakers, bottom one works fine but nothing from the top one. Ive checked all sound levels and there all up full so no problem there.
Is this a problem with this make or is there something i can do to fix it.
Thanks

Galaxy S22Hello there! I can certainly understand how important it is to be able to take your phone calls and not have to put your device on speaker. I found these troubleshooting steps that may help (http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001255/).
If you try the troubleshooting, and you're still having the same issue I would suggest having a certified technician take a look at it.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.
I hope this helps!
