Hi! I can’t update my Samsung S22 Ultra through Smart Switch. I got this message but my phone is fully charged:

”The battery must be charged to at least 20% before upgrading the firmware. Try again after charging the battery.”

Current firmware is Android 15, One UI version 7.0. Android security patch April 1, 2025.

Thanks for the offer! I’ve gone with Odin3 firmware update path. Good thing is I got my phone update with the new firmware. Bad thing is I have to setup everything as a new phone.

Did you buy a device from a carrier and then switch carrier?

That would be your problem!

Wrong assumption. I’ve been updating the firmware with Smart Switch without problem till the recent one. So suddenly it’s my problem???

Btw, I own Samsung Galaxy Ultra S21 to S24. Best phone so far is Samsung Galaxy Ultra S21 with 16GB RAM. Samsung phone is going down hill starting with Galaxy Ultra S22. I’m waiting to see any improvement with S26 or not before completely switch to Google Pixel phone.
