Bring photos to life

Can someone tell me how to do this?

@userdEzcK8QEmr The algorithm has to recognize a person. It works mostly on portrait type photos. [Edit: I did discover that it will sometimes work on non-person photos also.] If you have a photo like that,

1. Click on the photo in Gallery.
2. Swipe up on the photo
3. If the picture is acceptable, along the bottom you will see a button labeled Live effect. 
4. Click Life effect to apply the effect.
