Galaxy S22No one in this community is shaming you. Most users who comment here are trying to help you solve your problem. If you don't want a solution and just want to vent, that's ok too, but this is a tech support forum and the purpose is for other users to provide advice.
Previously, you were offered steps you can take and tools you can use to help ease the relearning process, which is likely still ongoing. If you'd like to know those steps and tools again, since your previous post was deleted, I'm happy to share them with you.
If you believe the issue is something deeper, you can visit a certified Samsung repair center to have the issue fully diagnosed by a certified technician.

Galaxy S22Seems like a gimmick Samsung uses to try and sell more phones. As a consumer that makes me angry. Abd rightfully so. I do not want null and voids help, period. If you want to post the steps, I'll think about it. But I have a right to be mad. My phone worked fine before and now it doesnt. Fact. Not venting.

Galaxy S22https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Mobile/Best-Practices-After-an-Update/ba-p/3200871?src=ShareByUs...
Clearing device cache in particular is important.
Also, see #8 which directly addresses your particular issue. Notice that 7-14 days is the provided time frame for relearning.
Samsung also makes apps to help your device run better. These apps are part of a suite called Good Guardians.
Download Here: https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.android.samsung.utilityapp
App Booster re-optimizes your apps. This should be run after an update.
Memory Guardian helps clear up device memory and boost performance.
Battery Tracker and Battery Guardian provide tools to track battery performance and lengthen battery life.

Galaxy S22A gimmick to sell more phones? That doesn't even make sense. How are they going to sell more phones if people think their batteries don't last? When your battery died - over the course of 7 hours - was it on the charger? The phone is not idle at night just because you are not using it. It does update hunting, it backs up your phone and other stuff. If you have a watch, it backs that up too. It exchanges data with the watch. It does take at least two weeks for the update to finish processing and for the battery to re-learn your usage. That is the nature of the adaptive battery. When you go to settings, battery and look at the usage, the first thing you see is what the current charge level is and how long your battery is expected to last under your current usage. You also can see what is using the most battery and you can make sure that apps running in the background are optimized or stopped. Phones are machines that require input from owners. So, yes, you have to do some IT and maintenance functions, especially after updates. For the most part they are self maintaining, but some intervention is sometimes required, and that is on the user not the manufacturer.

Galaxy S22What's a lot of steps? Waiting for the updates to finish and for the battery to normalize? Actually charging your phone at night? Following the best practices after an update as outlined by Samsung?
Unless you existed in a vacuum your whole life, you should know that ANY electronic device from cars to TVs to phones, require user maintenance. Also, learning about IT stuff and how to fix things yourself saves a whole lot of expense and time in not having to wait or pay for someone to fix it for you. The update was not necessarily bad; updates sometimes glitch out because the developers do not know how individual users abuse or maintain their devices and what other software is on it that may interfere. And the adaptive battery has been around long enough that people should understand how it works. It sounds as if you do nothing at all to maintain your device because you don't believe you should have to.
