I have turned off the always-on display on my phone and yet it's still is on. Has anyone have the same issue? Because this is this is not the only problem I've had with this device and Samsung refuses to do anything about it.

Make sure the main toggle is off to stop it from activating.

Yes it's off. First thing I checked.

What about lockscreen is that off? It's often mistaken as always on display.
