Android One UI 7.0 update

Don't bother reading from SammyFans or Sammobile articles on the upcoming update. They literally all say the same thing with a disclaimer saying the info could be wrong. These idiots just want people to click on their articles. It's clickbait. Having said that, One UI 7.0 update is a release failure. They've been testing since last October. This delay is all about Samsung selling more s25 units as there aren't many upgrades from the s24 to the s25 other than the new One UI. Samsung fell hard on this one. Lame.

What phone are you using? If it's your daily driver, I wouldn't participate because it could literally brick your phone up. I've never had that issue personally, but it could happen.

I could care kess about the update, but did you see the latest about an inside source with a schedule of April 18th from Romania? Just curious.

I'm totally p.o.'d about this. S24 ultra user. Samsung... i was a fan... Holding software updates like this is a scumbag move.

It's a slow rollout. It'll happen when they get enough sales on the s25 units. I have an s22 Ultra and s24 ultra. S24 models should receive the update within 2 weeks.

What about the monthly AOSP security update for android os? After getting 3 involuntary "phone updating.." fota dwnloads, (the only thing my new ao3s would do after setup . Put up a gmail login malwared url sign in page. Then 3 involuntary security/update patches that said im all caught up to May2024..with U.I home 5.0.version spiffed also,..
BUT the about phone info on phone software screen read software ver. Updated 1Jan2025 , and tne U.I.Home app was ver 5.1
This bovine byproduct.wont even land.on aosp website..err, net disconnected ; dns not found, or just sit&spin on aosp splash withall links inactive or blocked. Fix yourself sammy, or get fixed.
