The S21 FE is nearly 4 years old and has reached the end of major OS updates. I would not anticipate any major performance improvements at this point.
You can clear device cache via recovery mode and use Good Guardians to re-optimize your device.

Your battery has likely degraded over the life of the device. You may consider having the battery replaced at a certified Samsung repair center if you do not intend to upgrade your device in the near future.
