S21 not pairing to Windows 10 laptop

Hi, I'm not computer savvy and this may sound dumb ? to ask. But I have a Windows 10 laptop. I just saw a message saying my pc isn't compatible for Windows 11. Could this be the reason my S21 will not pair up to my pc? Is there any solutions?

It should not be a reason that your S22 is not pairing to your laptop.

What exactly are you wishing to accomplish?

How are you trying to 'pair' your phone to the laptop?

So I can share some files from my laptop to my phone with out doing emails. As I said I'm not very well with these things.

Bluetooth, my pc connects no problem. It's my phone that won't.

Just use the cord to connect your phone to the computer

I agree. File transfers are best accomplished using the USB-C charging cable.

Bluetooth is generally used for audio playback on headphones and speakers.
