S21 Firmware Error(1)

After the last two updates pushed to my. S21 I continuously get a Firmware Error (1) message which Google says is related to a storage issue but Ive literally emptied out all photos and videos on my phone and the majority of files on my phone. I don't understand why I keep getting this error. My WiFi is on, there's no connection issues and my phone was plugged in and charging when the update installed. Can someone help me figure out why this keeps happening?

@ang0986 Firmware uses different storage than photos, etc. You would need to contact Samsung support to determine what repairs need to be done.

Have you tried to do an update using smart switch just in case?

I'm not sure I understand how to do that but I'll Google and try it after the next update

my s21 did the same thing till i connected it to my pc and with smart switch opened then tried again on my phone and it worked

Does that mean you transferred everything to your pc then back to your phone?
