Hi!

 
I've noticed a Pink vertical line across my screen but there is no damage to my phone. Can anyone assist?

Unfortunately, things like this can simply develop. You can run diagnostics in Device Care, but you may need a screen replacement. See this link to find an authorized service center near you:
