I recently noticed that as I used youtube in Picture-in-Picture forces the refresh rate in my S21 to stay in 60 instead of staying on 120. Is this supposed to happen? Is there a remedy to this?

Galaxy S21some apps (specifically streaming apps) can have their own refresh rates fixed to a lower value than 120Hz.
Ex. Netflix was something like 60 or 92 something... Disney also like 45 or 60 i think...
