"The motionphoto keeps stopping" when I try to take a picture. I get that message. I have tried reset resetting on the camera. It still won't work. This started after the update installed.

I understand your frustrations on getting an error of The motion photo keeps stopping when trying to use the camera app. You stated that you reset the camera and is still having the error appear, have you tried clearing the camera app cache and the cache partition on your device? To clear the cache partition: power off your device, hold the volume up and power buttons together at the same time until the Samsung logo appears and then release the power button, select clear cache partition and reboot your device as normal. To clear the cache on your camera app go to settings, apps and select the camera app and clear cache.
