MMS will not download in Google Messages, I am on roam but data is off?

When I get mms in goggle message I can't get to download I am on roam but my data is off?

Ah, okay...I'm out of ideas then. Hopefully someone else can help. Good luck, I hope it gets fixed

If you don't have enough signal, the MMS will not download. I would recommend contacting your carrier to check your APN settings or see about getting a replacement SIM card.
