Galaxy S21After the 7 ui update, my phone keeps losing connection to service network. I have a circle with a slash symbol. Then it goes to emergency calls only. It'll connection to network briefly then it loses it.

Galaxy S21As I said, it is still Cricket's responsibility to make sure the update works on their network. If the network reset does not work, I would call them back and make sure you get an actual tech support person. If you know someone with a different carrier willing to lend you their SIM for 5 minutes, you can see if it's actually a problem with Cricket or with the phone. I think Cricket needs to re-provision your SIM. I'd also be looking for another carrier.

Galaxy S21I am on Verizon and have same issue. Switched SIMs and everything. Wiped Caches. Reset phone completely, which was a major pain, and still no fix. I am done with Samsung!

Galaxy S21Agreed. Makes no sense that Samsung doesnโt take immediate action to fix and even communicate. When new Pixel 10 comes out, I am ditching Samsung forever! I have had a Samsung device since the Note 3 back in 2013. I am done!
