How do I update? The update is not happening at all

@Dev565 You have a carrier phone. Where did you buy it? Have you swapped carriers?

I swapped carriers with my s21 plus and it hasn't got the update yet.

@BlackDenali A couple of different solutions:

• One is to get a SIM card of the original carrier. It doesn't have to have active service. Install the SIM card and use Wifi to check for updates.
• The other method would be to flash your phone with your current carrier's firmware. The carrier should be able to do that for you.
