Galaxy S21@everyone, okay im on the ledge, somebody calm me down. This is the 2nd time this happened.
1st time I got fed up and deleted my email and Gdrive. These same type of emails appeared again and guess what?
I CAN ONLY REMOVE MYSELF, I AM NOT THE OWNER!!!!! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? I BLOCKED 🚫 THE PEOPLE ON THESE AND REMOVED MYSELF, BUT I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ELSE TO STOP THIS. I run scans daily, I found this yesterday when I was looking for a file. Im ready to toss this phone in Lake Murray. I don't ever have a day of peace.
Can someone please help me? TYIA 🌴 Beckie

Galaxy S21A couple of things you can do is treat your inbox as the spam "folder" and create folders, or a folder hierarchy for friends and those providers you know. Google Mail calls them "labels". Then create rules on gmail (or other mail service), probably using the web browser view rather than the Android GMail app where the rules move messages to the relevant folder (give them the correct label). So, you can have label hierarchies Like Family that contains entries like Dad, Mom, etc. Another called Finance that contains entries like Bank, Mortgage Co., etc. and so on. You don't have to get them ALL done and create rules to "move" all useful mail on the first try. You build up the folders/labels and rules over time as you receive messages you care about. On gmail the rules don't need to have a full email address, so you could create a rule with sender: samsung.com and to address your own email address then having added the label Services and added label under it called Samsung you can set the rule to apply the label Services/Samsung to all messages from samsung.com and keep all the Samsung bargain offers in one folder. Messages moved this way should still be marked unread after moved/labeled so when you click the button at the top left of the gmail app with three horizontal lines lines arranged as a vertical stack you should see all the labels that you care about open on the left with those with unread messages marked so.
Once you get something like that well organized you can start selecting the real spam without opening messages. Touch and hold each one, it should get a tick mark on it, then click on the trasshcan icon to delete them, or probably better click the three dot button at the top right of the gmail app and click report as spam. As far as I understand Google will interpret the content without going to provided links and start treating messages with similar content as spam. That's not perfect so it's worth checking any spam folder for errors every so often and unmark any errors perhaps by moving them back to your inbox.
It sounds like a lot of work but if you do it in pieces it is only a small piece of of work for each catgory (label/folder) you want to keep messages in. Rules are often better if they include the @ sign for a sender, e.g. @Samsung.com but be aware that most organizations will use multiple sender sub-domains, e.g. @offers.samsung.com @info.samsung.com, as well as @Samsung.com and more. Again, it seems like a lot of work but you add them one at a time as new ones become necessary.
I actually do the same for my gmail accounts using rules in the Thunderbird email app on my PC and they are much easier because you can handle multiple senders in one rule: Sender is any of @info.samsung.com @offers.samsung.com @Samsung.com.
So, most of my Inbox is spam, it's worth considering turning off the new mail notification on your device if you do it with gmail rules and checking yourself for anything new...unless you really expect to regularly receive need to know now messages.
I could say more but msg limit.

Galaxy S21Every so often a wanted message has a changed sender address and can to be fixed by adjusting the sender in the existing rule but it's better to create a new rule for the sender's new address that sets the same label/folder as the old rule and just keep both rules.
I also have a lot of senders (businesses) that I rarely want to read, they are spam but not the nasty kind. I created a label zzzNoise or inboxNoise or similar and created a rule for each such sender that moves messages from each to the common "Noise" folder. I can search in it if I'm ever interested in one of them.
Rules are best organized in order with the more favorite senders before (higher in the rule list than) less favorite senders. You should be able to use the web UI to change the order of rules. Doing it this way means those you care to hear from shouldn't accidentally slip into the wrong folder.
Remember that most people you care to hear from will have only one email address which should be used in full in the rule's from or sender entry for that person with a label/folder selected to organize their messages to your own preference.
You probably have between 20 to 40 senders you care to hear from and it's very unlikely to be hundreds so it's not nearly as much work as it might seem.
