I have two emails the one I'm having problems with is my main one and it's not coming up I haven't been able to see emails from it in weeks maybe months can you help me why did it get turned off did I do something?
What is your main email account? Perhaps it is not set up correctly. You can change mail reader apps, you don't have to stick with Samsung email. These days you should be able to read any email from either your provider's website or app, so if you are not seeing it in Samsung mail, you should still be able to read it.
