Galaxy S21Hello Mase1950, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns on not being able to sync your AOL account to your Samsung account. Clear the cache from your email app and check the sync settings for your email: Settings, Accounts and backup, manage accounts and tap the switch next to Auto Sync data at the bottom of the screen. This will ensure that your device automatically synchronizes data with your accounts to keep you up to date with the latest information from your accounts/apps. Remove Battery optimization: Settings, apps, Samsung Email, battery and set it to unrestricted or Optimized. Check your AOL account settings to ensure that it is set up to sync.
