Hi yeah didn't want ui 7 phone lags an unusable. Why isn't there a rollback to previous verious feature like with literally any computer with any update. I'm just supposed to si here paying my phone bill while waiting for you to maybe one day get you head out of your fourth point of contact just long enough to make a small fix that doesn't actually fix anything. While I'm just out my phone. 10/10 great company will never buy anything affiliated from you again.
Just to clarify i repeatedly pressed the do not update button to ui 7 and you still forced on me and now I don't have a phone thanks for screwing me over Samsung. Clearly proof should never get Samsung anything ever again.
Sorry but it's not possible to revert back to the Old OS
