Why purchase a Samsung Product when the community is full of issues?

are there so many issues with Samsung products and why are customers spending so much money on products that we are having to fix?

What issues are you having? My S24U, vacuum, washing machine, watch and TV all work like a dream.

It only appears that way. The complaints that you see, are only a small percentage when compared to the Millions of Samsung products that are sold. Most people who don't have problems will not cry on the rooftops about how good they are compared to those who have problems. Products are not perfect as they are made by people who are not perfect.

Customers with a good experience usually don't leave feedback without being asked. Customers with a bad experience scream it from the rooftop.

Mainly with the camera and display. The camera is getting some updates in the upcoming patch.
