I am so mad! Why did you put a feature on there and not tell us if it's accidentally activated that you can never take it off? My phone has no privacy now. Going to buy anything but Samsung. Thanks for ruining my life. You pulled a fast one.

You don't have to buy another phone to disable it.  You only have to change your phone dialer.  Download Phone by Google from the Play store and use that as your dialer app.  You are not required to use Samsung's dialer. Just replace it and take it off your home screen and hide it in your app drawer.

Phone by Google is in the Playstore. It's Google's dialer app.
You don't have to pay for it, you download it and use it instead of the native Samsung phone app

Open it and set it as your default app. If you don't like it, delete it.
