Unknown transparent icon with 4 boxes that pops up on screen?

Has anyone have a icon transparent with 4 boxes pop up on screen and permanently stays ? I have one and it's constantly getting in the way of texting or commands it has a legend for basics on off screenshots like a short cut of some kind. I didn't choose it just appeared one day & I hate it. Is there a way to remove it?

I believe its telling you to update apps from the galaxy store

I think you're talking about the accessibility menu.
Go to settings>accessibility>interaction and dexterity>change assistant menu to off

As Robin621k stated are you able to post a screenshot of the icon? The icon could be that the Assistant menu in Accessibility is turned on. It is used to improve accessibility for users who have impaired vision, hearing, or reduced dexterity. To verify if this is causing the issue open Settings, My Device, Accessibility, Assistant Menu. If this did not resolve the issue please post a screenshot of the icon.
