I consider myself to be a loyal Samsung customer and Samsung fanatic, or at least I used. I've had a Samsung phone since the Galaxy S5. Currently there are 7 Samsung TV's hanging on the walls in my house. There's Samsung appliances in my kitchen and laundry room. I've convinced friends and family to ditch their iphones and other android phones and replace them with Galaxy devices and to buy Samsung appliances. I am saddened to say that I can no longer in good conscience do that and that I probably will not be replacing my current phone with another Samsung product. Over the last 2-3 years I've watched both the quality of Samsungs products and their customer service drastically decline. Brand new phones being bricked by OTA updates or not being able to connect to mobile network due to a security update would be acceptable if Samsung were willing to accept the responsibility and make it right for the customer. When my Galaxy Note 10+ was bricked by an OTA update, Samsung support said "you'll have to get a new phone". When my Galaxy S21 Ultra was stolen, Samsung support refused to disable or blacklist the device to prevent it from being used or sold by whoever stole it. At the last time i checked, it was still being used in Mexico somewhere. As a result, several of my finacial accounts were compromised and had to be closed. When my new Galaxy S22 Ultra wouldn't connect to mobile networks of 3 different carriers anymore after a security update 3 days after the warranty ended, Samsung support said "you'll need to pay to get it repaired at an authorized Samsung repair center". The estimated cost of repair was close to $400. I fixed it myself for $20. Almost every month, I get a notification from Samsung that they are ending service for or no longer support updates for a Samsung product that I own. Today, at the final straw for me was a notification about my Samsung watch. And despite the overwhelming feedback from this app and other Samsung forums, Samsung continuously has removed features that customers want. Most notably for me is the removal of the ability to use a micro-SD card for additional storage in Galaxy devices. All of these things combined has ruined my faith in Samsung and their products. For those of us who are anti-Google, our hope of Samsung developing their own OS for future phones died with the discontinuation of Tizen. Hopefully Samsung will once again listen to their customers and prioritize customer retention again but it's doubtful.

Whoa!!! I am having the same issue with my S22 Ultra and got the same response from Samsung. I ended up ordering a new phone. However, I will gladly send it back! Can you please share how you fixed the issue. Samsung and AT&T have driven me crazy with this issue. Also, this is an issue that Samsung is aware of with this product, yet, they did not recall it. I'm tired and angry. I keep paying for strangers to live good (buying products), when those people would not care about how I'm living. Enough of my rant. Can you help me, please?

According to the research I've done, the issue is one of the security updates causes the internal 5G antennas in the phone to fry. So unless you're standing outside in a large metropolitan area your phone won't connect to a mobile network. And even when it does its sporadic and inconsistent. The only fix for this is to replace the 2 antennas and a flex cable that transmits the antennas signal between the 2 circuit boards in the phone. I got the kit with all 3 pieces, tools and instructions from Amazon for less than $20. The process of replacing them in the phone is pretty simple once you get the back cover off. You will also want to order a replacement back glass adhesive to seal the backglass on after you've replaced the antennas. I recommend watching several YouTube videos on how to remove the backglass safely. Good luck. I hope this helps.

Actually after you tap on Samsung wallet, you can uninstall it from the phone.

If you tap settings and then go down to apps and tap on it. Then scroll down til you Samsung wallet and tap on it, then tap on disable, that should do it.
