Tapped on note and didnt take me to note

I noticed this over past couple of days.

I tap on a note and this does not take me to the note. Not sure why not.

That is a new issue.

I don't understand what you are saying.  Are you saying that you opened the notes app, tapped on a note and the note did not open?  Do you have a note widget on your screen and when you tap on it, the note doesn't open?  Please give more detail.
