Galaxy S PhonesI cannot turn off Call Forwarding on my S10e. For example: In Forward when busy, clicking Turn Off results in a box that pops up, saying: Failed to read data. Check your SIM card or network connection, then try again. I get the same message for Forward when unreachable and Forward when unanswered. Note: Always Forward is turned off, but has a number that cannot be erased.

Galaxy S PhonesThen I cannot see why the Turn Off option is offered on the phone itself if the user cannot control the settings.

Galaxy S Phones@Members_LwlLmYl Your carrier would need to resolve why you are getting the error messages. It's possible that you are getting the error because you don't have permission.
Off may be the state of the setting so it always succeeds.

Galaxy S PhonesThank you everyone for your input. AT&T was able to disable Call Forwarding.
