Is someone else experience an issue with the "Turn Off Screen"? After I keep pressed the lock button + volume down in my galaxy S25 Ultra, it shows the screen with Turn Off, Restart, SOS call and medical info just for 1 seconds and then the screen turns off. It does the same if I do from the notifications panel, Turn off button, and the process happens again. I tried this with my S21 and also has the same problem, is this something related to the software? Will this be fixed on futures updates?
Hello I tried the safe mode, the device worked good, so yes, it is some 3rd party software causing some bug, I will try to uninstall some apps to find the problem, thanks!
Yes that make sense, I asked some friend and they don't have the issue. I'm sure it is an app from my S21 transfered to S25 Ultra. I will find the app causing the bug, thank you!
@userBlopMAKFDI I'm not seeing that issue. It may very well be some 3rd party software that you have installed.
For troubleshooting, try booting into safe mode. If the device works properly while booted in safe mode, you know that some 3rd party software is causing it.
