Samsung won't let users be in control the camera's Intelligent optimization

I know this isn't new, but why Samsung doesn't let people full control of how their photos look like. The Samsung Camera's Intelligent Optimization always has more colorful than reallity. Exactly the same style with their Kpop style. Always colorful and over. Okay, it's Korea phone, but don't they forget that they sell it on arround the world !??

I set it to minimum and seem like okay for everyday use, but sometime I need to take a reality color for my job, and it can not
