Galaxy S PhonesTo my knowledge, there are currently no S series phones that lack a SIM tray.
If you are saying that your Samsung phone will not recognize your SIM, you may have accidentally purchased a phone that is not factory unlocked and is instead locked to a different carrier. If the phone is factory unlocked, you may need to contact your carrier to determine if there is an issue with the SIM card or if there is an activation process your carrier needs to complete.
If you are saying you cannot register an eSIM, again, that is an issue that will require you to contact your carrier.

Galaxy S PhonesIf you ran a diagnostic and it says your sim is OK, it does not mean you have a SIM, it means the electronics for the SIM are functional so that if you do add a SIM, it will work.
