I got my new S20 Ultra yesterday. I can hear the Voice properly but when on the other side they can't hear my voice. It is very low. The interesting part is when i put my phone away from my ears they can hear properly. Do i need to do some settings?
Hello, I have the same issue. I have been to the Samsung service centre in Dalat Vietnam 4 times. The last time they told me to wait for the next update. The next update has come and gone and the problem persists. This is the type of thing that makes me not buy Apple products, Very disappointed, how can you do this to customers buying flagship products and expect to sell the next generation?
