I only got to find out that we actually can group our alarms up. But don't know why mine can't do it. Tried clicking on multiple alarms, but it doesn't show 'group' this word up. Only show 'Turn On', 'Turn Off, 'Delete'. Anyone experiencing this? No wonder I wasn't aware of this function at all. Cause my phone doesn't show it. Till my brother tried doing it on my mum's phone due to her scheduled eye drops required. Tried clearing cache, restarting phone, updating my clock app to the latest version. All done, still no. Was being told maybe I can try to go to the store to see if their staff are able to help me with that or not.

In order to group alarms, you first have to create an alarm group by tapping the dot menu, selecting "alarm groups", creating and naming your group.  You cannot choose already configured alarms for the group, you have to configure new alarms.  Once you create your group and add it, tap on the group name and tap the + on the upper right, next to the dot menu and create your first alarm for the group.  Continue the process until you have all the alarms for the group.  Then create your next group, if you have more than one group of alarms.

Yes, I understand what you're referring to. As I had tried to googled all methods online before. But for my phone, problem is I can't create an alarm group by tapping the dot menu. There's no such option at all.  This  S20 Fe.jpg is what mine shown as after clicking on the 3 dot menu. Really hope is that I missed out on something, as just couldn't get it done. Thank you for all guidance here.

Do you have the most recent version of the clock app?  12.4.10.10.

A workaround may be to set a routine (or routines, one for each group).

If: turn on manually (or choose a circumstance to automatically activate it)

Then:  turn on alarms: (choose the alarms you want to be turned on with each group).

So let's say you have specific alarms for Tuesdays.  You can create a routine called Tuesday alarms and then select specific time of day and weekly on Monday (if you want to automate it), or just keep it at activate manually and you can turn it on Monday night.  It might look something like this
