So I got an iPhone months ago and was able to text my friend without a phone number but has a outlook email. My iPhone eventually broke, and I switched to a Samsung, but now I can't contact my friend since Samsung doesn't allow me to message people with emails.

Galaxy S PhonesIf you need to communicate with users who do not have cell phone service, your best bet is a web based messaging service such as Messenger, GroupMe, etc.

I have an A-16 Samsung, my contacts show 0 in my email accounts. Although 1 of my email accounts shows 195, but it will not allow me to copy them, sync them and I can see them when I press create and hit the contacts button but that's it

Galaxy S PhonesPlease make your own post instead of posting in an unrelated thread, or search for a related thread. Go to the front page of the community app and click the big blue "new post" button (if using a computer) or the blue pencil (if using the app) , choose a category and write your post. That way the community members will be more likely to see it and give you a response, it will also help others who may be looking for the same solution. Posting in the middle of an unrelated post, is not going to help you or anyone else and it's rude and distracting to the original poster, and may prevent them and you from getting the assistance needed.
And, while you are at it, please make your post understandable.

Please mark any response that helped you as your solution.
