Galaxy S PhonesGood Day:
We were referred by a Google Diamong Product Expert to:
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/mobile/phones/
Suffice it to say that we couldn't get a live person to assist us.
We purchased this cellphone from ebay.
The Seller was not the original owner.
The phone is in excellent physical condition and works fine.
We cannot use it since it is locked.
A valid Google account is needed to use it.
We wish to return the device to its owner(s).
Does anyone know how to go about doing this?
If not, are other options available?

Galaxy S Phones@vpsanchez This is a user to user discussion area so not any type of direct link to Samsung support. I recommend that you return the phone to the seller and get a refund. You would return it via the procedures published on eBay.
