I don't know why Samsung remove their messages app, It's way better than Google Messages. You can still using it, but no RCS. Somebody knows anyway to get RCS at Samsung Messages?

RCS between Google messages and an iPhone is not encrypted because of the RCS protocol version the iPhone is using. A Google messages to Google messages is encrypted because Google messages supports the updated protocol which is encrypted
Because they wanted to. It's their software, their choice.
