S9 no longer has restart reminder

At some point recently (not sure when) my phone stopped reminding me to restart every week. I liked that feature and would like it back. Anyone know where to find it?

That actually comes from the Samsung Members app. 

1. Open Samsung Members
2. Click the 3 dot menu
3. Click Settings
4. Ensure the "Diagnostic Notifications" are on.

Any solution for a Note 10? My Samsung Members app doesn't have "diagnostic notifications." All the notifications for Samsung Members app are on but I haven't gotten these notifications in weeks.
