S10e pics not downloading

Just got an S10e and it takes hours for pictures to download in my message+ app. I've tried turning off wifi and mobile data, restarting phone and turning all data and wifi back on. I've cleared the cache in my messaging app and can't find a solution. Does anyone have any tips or tricks?

I use Textra for my messaging app and have no issues.

I think this may have been an issue with my network set up. Working with my carrier. Fingers crossed.

Just an update. It was the way my APN was set up. All better now! Thanks
