Galaxy S PhonesSo recently I've been finding these weird log files on my phone for the past few days, in the files/download folder of the phone. I only noticed this because I'm 99% sure of all the things I download and I haven't downloaded any new or sketchy apps that would cause these random files to show up. I know the things I do and don't download. Anyone ever encounter these same types of files? Ts files? random log files?

Galaxy S PhonesWere you using/watching videos in any app?. If these files are in your download folder, it would be safe to delete them. Since the file creation has a date and time, try to figure out what app you were using at that time. Or after you delete them, keep an eye on the folder and check to see if any reappear, and after which activity..

Galaxy S Phones@userpvR7lDasas I checked a couple of phones and I don't see anything like that. Definitely caused by some action by you or a 3rd party app on your phone.

Galaxy S PhonesOk so I've figured out what app has been creating these files. I restarted my phone a few times and now instead of "unknown" it says "eufy". So my security app has been downloading these files, I have no clue why. There hasn't been any recent updates to it and I havent changed any settings. Still confused on why it has decided to suddenly create these logs but I at least know what app is creating them

Galaxy S Phones@userpvR7lDasas So, I'm guessing that those are video frames from your cameras.
I would contact the developers to determine the cause.

Galaxy S PhonesIf your security app has been downloading these logs, they may be scan logs. There may have been an update to the app that you are not aware of and it now provides logs of its scans. It is unusual for a security program to provide scan logs unless they found issues. Check your settings to make sure you don't have any kind of setting to create logs.

Galaxy S PhonesIn my case, it's a security app. When I go to the Eufy app (security app) I view a clip, it's automatically saving those logs now for some reason. it never did before. It's not saving the video, because there is a separate button for that and if it did I would find it in my gallery. Still dont understand why its happening because the data it's auto saving is useless
