Go into your Google and Samsung accounts and log out any device you don't recognize as your own.  Then go to an uncompromised device and change all your passwords - Samsung, Google and email (all of them if you have more than one).  Get a new SIM chip from your carrier.  Back up your personal files to a flash drive and reset your phone and install everything from scratch.  It's inconvenient, but necessary.

Can you explain what's happening and what makes you feel that you are being stalked?

We  attempt to help people here who are being hacked or stalked even though it's not technically a Samsung issue.  We don't gaslight them by telling them it's nothing to worry about.

What evidence do you have that has you to believe you are being remotely stalked? If you suspect that someone is remotely stalking you through your Android phone, it may be due to stalkerware or spyware installed on your device. Signs include unusual battery drain, unexpected data usage spikes, and unfamiliar apps.
You should also report the evidence to the authorities.

Tap the link below for more information and on how to remove stalkerware/spyware from your device.
