Please bring back SD card slots. I wish I can move all media over to and SD card, I doubt it would have any effect on sales either.

External drives exist and you can still use them. SD Card slots have not been present in major flagships for years at this point, and I would not anticipate their return.

Thankfully, Samsung frequently offers FREE storage upgrades as promotional offers. In my most recent upgrade, I received a 512GB model for the same price as the base storage model.

I do not expect to fill that storage any time soon. In the unlikely event that I do, I will use an external drive to store my files and call it a day.

The SD card slot has not been included in S series phones since the S20. This is a commonly known fact, and also, since not listed in the specs of the device (which people should read pre-purchase), you should not be surprised. No one is forced to use cloud services for storage of their photos, one can move or copy their photos to a flash drive or attach an external card reader to transfer, either of which can be easily carried along if one always needs to have every single one of their photos with them at all times. More and more manufacturers are removing the SD slot since internal drives now have higher capacity.

You are not required to use the cloud for backup and storage, you are perfectly capable of using a flash drive, external hard drive, computer, external card reader to transfer and store your stuff on.  If you think that Samsung and Google and any other cloud service think you are important or dangerous enough to spy on, you need to re-think.  Just because you are not willing to connect an external device to  your phone for storage, with the negligible effort that takes, does not mean that Samsung needs to bring back a feature they abandoned a long time ago.  You could have bought an A series phone if the SD card slot was important to you.

SD cards in phones are a thing of the past and are not expected to ever return.

You can still use external drives to store files and free up space on your phone.

SD card slots will *never* come back to flagship phones. People can argue about why all day long, but they've gone the way of the microphone jack. If you want extra storage for your phone, you can:

1. Use an external storage device,
2. Use cloud storage, or
3. Buy a mid-range or budget phone that still has an SD card slot.

Get a A series phone, you can then get an SD card slot.
