I mean, we pay all these money for these phones The lease Samsung can do is give us an official date of when it's gonna be released. I think they owe that to us

They can’t provide a date because they don’t know when the bugs will all be worked out.

They could provide a date and then not release it because it still has bugs and everyone would be complaining they didn’t release it so it’s best not to provide a date.

Slacking on updates and customer service has been a constant problem and it's only getting worse. OnePlus pushed the update right away to my OP 12 but my Z Flip 6 doesn't even have an ETA on this update. Definitely frustrating. Samsung has the resources to push these updates very quickly but it's not a priority anymore.
