Not sure I can stay with Samsung

I’ve stuck with my Galaxy S22 Plus year after year, hoping to see improvements—especially in battery life, charging, and features that allow me to use my phone all day without being tied to a cord. I’m now waiting for the S26, hoping it finally brings meaningful battery improvements, something that hasn’t really changed in the last five years. If it doesn’t, I’m sad to say that after first joining the Samsung family with the Galaxy S3 back in 2011, I’ll likely be leaving both my Galaxy phone and watch behind to explore other options. 

I have been a diehard Android user since my first smartphone, but if Samsung can't get performance and battery life balanced I am afraid I will have to give in to the apple cult. I cannot function with having to charge my phone or carry batter packs around to make it through a day, no matter how great the camera is - it doesn't work when the battery is dead!

Yeah, that's always been an option. We've chosen to stick with what we have because 1. We like what we have, 2. It costs more money to switch, 3. Principle of the matter - being FORCED to switch by rendering perfectly good and working equipment useless without remedy is BAD BUSINESS

Seriously? You do know there are other Android phones besides Samsung, right? Is there some reason you're not even considering Google, Motorola, etc?

1. The pixel sucks - might as well go with iPhone; Motorola.... SERIOUSLY??? When was the last decent phone they made? RAZOR???
2. We have perfectly good operating equipment. They've been rendered useless to force consumers to buy new **bleep** without remedy.
