Galaxy S PhonesIf you are thinking about upgrading to a new phone I'd like to let you know I just traded in my S8+ and got $250 trade-in value from Samsung on a S23FE.

Galaxy S PhonesHello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can understand the inconvenience of an alarm not working correctly. If it's the stock Alarm app, you can try clearing the app's cache and data to see if app behavior improves: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/#:~:text=Open%20Settings%2C%20and%20then%20swi....
If the behavior is still present, you can try Safe Mode to see if a third-party application is the root cause of this behavior: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
You can also try wiping your device's cache partition:
- Power off your device.
- While the device is powered off, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons.
- Once the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons. Your device should boot into recovery mode.
Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select:
- Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power.
- Select yes to confirm.
- Navigate down to "Repair apps" and press power.
You can also give your device a fresh start with a factory reset. Back up everything you wish not to lose prior: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If this is a third-party alarm application, you would still be able to clear the app's cache with the first guide, but after that, it is best to reach out to the app's developers.
